Registration Cancellation Policy
If a written request is received by April 12, 2010 a full refund will be issued minus a $50 processing fee. After April 12th no conference registration refunds will be given. Please call the Westin Waltham-Boston directly at 781-290-5600 to avoid any cancellation fees from the hotel.
