Poster Presenter Guidelines
  1. Posters should be standard dimensions: 4 ft tall by 3 ft wide (1189mm tall by 841mm wide).
  2. All presenters should bring FINISHED poster with them.
  3. Posters must be put up no later than 8:30 AM on the day scheduled. Posters must be taken down between 5:00-6:00 PM.
  4. No tacks will be provided. Please ensure you bring supplies to hang your poster.
  5. Your poster will be assigned a poster number. Ensure you place your poster in the allocated space indicated by your poster number.
