Presentation Guidelines
Concurrent Session Overview
Each concurrent session has 3 or 4 abstracts being presented. Sessions will run 1 hour for 3 abstracts and 1.5 hours for 4 abstracts. A moderator will oversee the general running of the session. Assigned moderators are members of the ISPHC Scientific Review Committee. Time limits for each speaker will be strictly enforced to ensure that all speakers get their allotted time.

Format: Typically a session will consist of:
  1. The moderator will briefly introduce the session
  2. The moderator will introduce each abstract and speaker
  3. Each speaker will have 20 minutes to present their abstract. The moderator will enforce your time limit.
  4. 10 minutes for general discussion will be reserved at the end of the session. This will be guided by the moderator.
  5. The moderator will close the session.
